Action is a long-standing Fibre to Fibre customer, with our circular workwear now being worn across more than 25 countries worldwide.

With ACTION, we developed a highly agile closed-loop workwear supply chain. Used uniforms are collected from employees, alongside damaged or end-of-life garments, before being sorted and returned into the recycling process.

Fibre to Fibre then recycles these used textiles into fibres, which are used to manufacture new ACTION uniforms. The result is a genuine Fibre to Fibre recycling process: old workwear is transformed into new workwear, helping reduce textile waste and reliance on virgin materials.

This is circular garment manufacturing in action. Creating a fully circular workwear solution that keeps valuable textile fibres in use and demonstrates how large organisations can build circularity directly into their uniform and workwear supply chains.
